PLEASE NOTE: If your child graduated last year and you purchased a grad cap for him/her: Please be advised we have spoken to the company where they are purchased from and they will be here shortly. Please watch the website as it will be updated to let you know when they have arrived and then you will be able to pick them up from the preschool. Thank-you for your patience.

ATTENTION:Just a couple of reminders: to our parents of the importance of reading the Handbook for Fall 2010/2011, the monthly newsletters and the monthly calendars, as most information is relayed through one or all of these...
It has been brought to our attention in the past that some parents were not phoned on the cold day school closure(s). Although this is a courtesy that we try to extend every family, sometimes, parents have left for the day, we get no answer, voice mail boxes are full or other things happen, and we are unable to contact the parents ahead of time, we apologize for this inconvenience. However, the cold day school closure decision is not made by the board at the last minute, it is a rule set forth by the DPS and licensing and is based on the rule: -30' with our without the wind chill ... preschool is cancelled. If Chinook's Edge school buses are not running for any reason (listen to the radio stations listed in the handbook or go to Chinook's Edge website), preschool is cancelled ... this is all noted in the Didsbury Preschool Handbook which can be found on the website under Policies and Downloads.
Also please be aware that although the new calendars from February to June have been sent home, sometimes several changes have to be made and new revised calendars are send home, please be sure if this happens that you dispose of the pervious and keep the revised copies, it saves confusion on parent help days, gym days and other activities.

Up Coming: Orientation Night is on Thursday September 9th 2010 ~ 6:30pm @ the preschool. This will take approximately one hour. Parent(s) must attend.
Please no children as the orientation goes way faster if only adults are in attendance.
